Wise Counsel. Exceptional Homes.

We cannot thank Liz enough for all of her help throughout the process of purchasing our first home. From meeting us at odd hours on short notice to pushing our baby's stroller and keeping an eye on him while we looked around. And of course, guiding us through every step when we had no clue where to begin! Liz has been absolutely wonderful, and we are so excited about our new home.

Liz is great and easy to work with. She kept us informed, she kept us organized, and she was always quick to respond. Lots of things happen during a sale, but we knew what to expect. We highly recommend working with Liz.

We enjoyed a lot working with Liz during our property buying process. Liz located a property with good return very fast and efficiently. She is a hard-working professional and highly responsive to emails and text messages even when it's late at night. I remember we talked about our bidding strategy one night after 10pm, which I really appreciate it. She made the whole purchasing process a lot smoother by helping us navigating the bidding process, Board approval, contract signing and so forth. She patiently helped us communicate back and forth with the seller's broker and advised us what are the protocols and good ways to approach the process. Liz is...

I highly recommend Ms. Elizabeth Chiang as a real estate broker. I have collaborated with her on two occasions, once to buy an apartment and another to sell an apartment. First and foremost, she is very smart. Her knowledge of the real estate market and the details involved in buying or selling an apartment is extensive. This, in turn, inspires confidence and trust in her judgment. She has a warm personality and excels in moving transactions along without coming across as bossy or demanding. She is in constant communication with updates and tasks that need to be completed and I appreciated this information very much. I have great faith in her abilit...

I highly recommend Liz for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. I have worked with her on two occasions, once when I rented an apartment that she put on the market and the second time when I worked with her to purchase my first home. She is incredibly detail-oriented and very professional. Purchasing my first apartment in NYC seemed to be an extremely daunting endeavor but with her guidance, I was able to navigate all the twists and turns. Liz was a crucial partner every step of the way, including contract negotiations, mortgage application, board approval and closing. In addition, her Rolodex of lawyers, mortgage bankers and other third-par...

Liz did an amazing job selling our Manhattan apartment. She maintained high standards throughout the process while working incredibly efficiently. She effectively highlighted our apartment’s best features, educated us on comparables, and navigated the ins and outs of contract negotiations, board packages, and financing. As a result, she sold our apartment after the first showing in record time—we trust her completely, couldn’t ask for a better result, and give her our highest recommendation.

We had the pleasure to work with Liz both when buying our apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and we hired her again to be our agent when we sold 3 years later. We had no prior experience with purchasing a home and Liz made it a very positive one. She was very professional and knowledgeable from our first interaction with her on the phone and throughout the entire process. She helped us navigate the whole process with ease. She was honest and extremely accommodating. In less than one week she found us an apartment that we loved. Buying an apartment in Manhattan can be intimidating, but Liz made it seem easy. She guided us through the entir...

Liz's management of the June 2017 sale of our apartment was flawless from start to finish. First, she recommended that we wait several months to list the apartment, until a time of year she thought would produce the optimum pool of buyers. Next, she successfully "staged" our home with minimal fixes, sparing us both unnecessary expenses and lifestyle disruptions. She also prepared amazing renderings of renovation possibilities for our kitchen and bathrooms. Her efforts produced a strong bidder at the very first open house and, with Liz's assistance and guidance, we reached a deal in less than a week. Liz is a true professional who knows how to get t...
