She is a hard-working professional and highly responsive to emails and text messages even when it's late at night. I remember we talked about our bidding strategy one night after 10pm, which I really appreciate it. She made the whole purchasing process a lot smoother by helping us navigating the bidding process, Board approval, contract signing and so forth.
